SOCIAL COMMITTEE
The purpose of this committee is to schedule out the upcoming year locations to host our monthly networking/meet-n-greet/meeting at a local business establishment. It is suggested that a local restaurant be asked to prepare appetizers to double the exposure and each can display their services. The chamber funds up to $300 per event to offset the cost of food and drinks: soda and red/white wine.
We plan to have each social the THIRD TUESDAY of each month so that everyone can put it as a reoccurring event on their calendar.
E’Vites shall be sent out by this committee and monitored to advise the host business of the anticipated attendance that evening.
The location host and co-host will be mentioned in every newsletter … the local publications will be give advance press release notices to invite members and potential new members.
The format is to introduce our members, do a business card exchange – we will always bring member’s business cards that we have to display. If a business has some information to display, they can bring to such events.
